Plainmark service terms

These terms describe acceptable use of the current anonymous PDF to Markdown service. By starting a conversion, you agree to use the service within these boundaries.

Current service boundaries

01
Your right to upload
You must own the file or have permission to send it for external document processing. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
02
Conversion accuracy
PDF conversion can contain missing, reordered, or incorrect text, tables, formulas, and images. Review the result before relying on it for publication, research, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.
03
One-time delivery
The current product provides one result delivery to the same browser. Refreshing during delivery or leaving after delivery can make the result unavailable, and the service does not keep a recoverable history.
04
Limits and availability
File size, page, task, concurrency, and daily capacity limits apply. Plainmark may pause new conversions to protect security, privacy, reliability, or processing cost.
05
Pricing and refunds
The current anonymous conversion service is free of charge. No payment is collected for this release, so refunds do not apply. If Plainmark introduces paid plans, the applicable price, billing terms, and refund rules will be shown before checkout.
06
Prohibited use
Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another task, upload malicious files, disrupt the service, or use multiple accounts or credentials to evade an external service quota. Plainmark may reject or terminate tasks, suspend access, remove content where required, and cooperate with lawful requests when you violate these terms.
07
Service changes
The public beta may change providers, limits, output behavior, or availability. Material privacy and data-lifecycle changes will be reflected in the relevant public pages.
